My question to you is, it's been pretty much the promise for most Democrats that this is just sort of stop-gap emergency bill and much more aid is to come under the Biden administration. LEMON: Yes. VARKEY: ...if used properly, should work as well as soap and water. And I wonder if you think there's a message here, particularly to leadership, and Democratic leadership included, on, you know, why this took so long and why the American people had to wait so long.
